Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A:  Our furniture is made to order,  therefore it could take anywhere from 6 weeks to 12 weeks depending on the order. Please email us for a quote: info@thelastworkshop.us

Q: Where are you located?

 

A: Originally started in Chicago, we are now located in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.

Q: Can I order something and have it shipped?

A: Yes. We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Depending on the product, we use UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Standard and Priority Mail. Please contact us if another shipping method is preferred.

Q: How should I care for my furniture?

A:  Use a slightly damp cloth only when needed. For persistent spots, use solution of water and mild detergent, and wipe dry.

Do not use cleaning products containing ammonia, petroleum, or alcohol.

Q: How does the custom furniture process work?

A:  Please see our custom furniture process page, or email us with any other questions.

 

Q: What is required  to start a custom project?

A: We require 50% down payment in order to start a custom project . Depending on the size of the project, we may require a stage payment of 25%. All balances are due on delivery. Please see the terms and conditions page for more information. 

Q: Where did you come up with the company name?

A: The company was founded on the principle that our products should be designed and made to last.
