This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order with The Last Workshop, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at The Last Workshop for the sale and supply of any products. 

 

Payment

We accept payment via check, money order, cash, and via major credit cards. Credit card payments are transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. All custom orders remain The Last Workshop's property until full payment is made. Any installation costs, payment fees, and delivery costs are recognized before confirming the purchase.

 

Custom Orders

For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required in order to source materials and commence the project. Depending on the size of the project, we may require a stage payment of 25% during the production process. All balances are payable on delivery. 

 

Return Policy

Please note: There are no returns on custom orders. We want you to be completely happy with your custom order, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or issues, and we will try to resolve the issue at hand. However, we don't offer full refunds on custom orders.

As many of our products are made from natural wood, we can not account for variations in grain, knots, color, and any other natural markings. We do not accept any sort of refund on the basis of natural variations.
